B & M Catering at Kinney Bungalow

If you are looking for a great spot to host just about any type of event, Kinney Bungalow might just be it. A seasonal venue, the Bungalow is available from late April through early November.  Located in Narragansett RI, and very reasonably priced, it is perfect for weddings, rehearsals, anniversaries, corporate and fundraising events.

Now managed by the Narragansett Land Conservancy Trust, Kinney Bungalow was built in 1899 to host parties after polo matches.  Its spacious lawns and elegant interior provide many options for fun and unique events.

As we have said many times, we get to cater weddings, rehearsals, birthdays, reunions  - just about anything - in the most interesting and most beautiful places in New England. Need some event planning tips?  Give Tim a call in our office.  He’s seen them all.

Karen Emery's Low-Fat 'Fried' Eggplant

Oven Fried Eggplant
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon minced onions 
1 lb unpeeled eggplants, sliced (about 12 1/2 inch slices) 
1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs 
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 
vegetable cooking spray 

Combine first 2 ingredients, stir well. 
Spread evenly over both sides of eggplant slices. 
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, & Italian seasoning in shallow bowl
Dredge eggplant in breadcrumbs mixture. 
Place eggplant on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 
Bake@ 425 degrees for 12 minutes. 
Turn eggplant over; and bake an additional 12 minutes or until golden.
