We’re Answering Your FAQs!
Looking to heat things up for your next summer party? Nothing says Summer BBQ quite like a good ol’ fashioned catered Pig Roast (complete with a whole pig cooked fresh on-site). Here’s everything you need to know about planning your big day! Who’s ready to pig out?

Q: How early will your staff arrive for the Pig Roast?
A: Your party guests will know it’s serious when our smoker arrives on the scene! Our catering crew will arrive about 6 hours prior to the serving time so we have plenty of time to roast the pig, and for your guests to settle in. In the meantime, you can finish setting up, or enjoy some apps and cold drinks with your crew.
Q: What food is included with the Pig Roast?
A: While the pig itself is the highlight of your event, the accompaniments bring it all together!
We offer a variety of Full Service Pig Roast & Luau menus like our classic Chicken & Pig Barbecue (which includes freshly roasted pig, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, your choice of cowboy beans/red roasted potatoes or mac n’ cheese, homemade applesauce, coleslaw, corn on the cob, cornbread, apple crisp and either lemonade or coffee). Let’s put it this way: your guests won’t leave hungry.
Q: Can we create our own Pig Roast menu?
A: Absolutely! We love helping our guests customize the menu to suit their needs – be it for a wedding or backyard bash with friends. Feel free to mix and match items to create your own menu, and we will be happy to price it out for you!
Q: How do you cook the pig?
A: The most important part: cooking the pig! If you haven’t realized already, we take our pig roasts seriously. In fact, we come prepared with custom-built, covered cookers that allow us to cook in any weather. Rain or shine, we’ll be there!
Q: Where should I host my Pig Roast?
A: We’ve catered Pig Roasts all over – from rustic wedding venues to Backyard BBQs, and each one is just as memorable and unique in its own way. At the end of the day, all you need is a group of your best friends, family or colleagues, and we’ve got the rest covered!
While Backyard Pig Roasts are the most cost-effective option, here are some of our most trusted venues we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years.
Q: Do we need to provide plates, utensils, and condiments?
A: Nope! All of our full-service menus include travel & labor, disposable plates, utensils & condiments, grills & cooking equipment, covered, skirted buffet tables, trash cans/liners/removal, required insurance, a canopied cooking area and of course plenty to eat!

What People are Saying about B & M Catering Pig Roasts…
“They arrived at the property at noon to begin cooking our whole pig and setting up…The food was out of this world! My husband was born and raised in Alabama and Georgia and he is a stickler for good BBQ. I was nervous on behalf of B&M, but he was licking his fingers and getting seconds before I even ate half my plate. I am still getting compliments from wedding guests on the food a month later. It was one of the best parts of my wedding!”
-Kristin R.
“We decided we wanted a pig roast. They cook on-site, bring everything and the guests just show up. The service was amazing too…Everyone said how delicious the food was. If a bride, or anyone, was looking for a pig roast I would recommend B&M catering no questions asked. They also decorated the tables for us. The room looked beautiful.”
-Christine B.
“Frankly, I was amazed that he showed up in a van with everything he needed for the day – tables, supplies, food, roaster for the pig and a huge steamer to keep everything warm. The food was fantastic – all rave reviews from our guests (leftovers have been good as well since we are still eating them)! The best part was they do EVERYTHING – set up, cook, break down, clean up and even take the trash and my husband and I could enjoy the party and visit with our guests!”
-Laura A.
“We recently used B&M catering for a luau pig roast for our son’s engagement party. The entire affair was amazing! Every bit of the food was delicious! The raw bar was outstanding and all of the luau food was incredible especially the pulled pork. They were prompt and cleaned everything up. A first-class company!”
