Summer is coming in hot, and we’re in the midst of our busiest season of the year – complete with beach weddings, graduation parties, and summer cookouts.
This year, we’re thrilled to be a part of the RHA (Rental Housing Association) Summer Cookout coming up in July at Gillette Stadium. We’ll be providing free samples of some of our favorite menu items, and there will be live music, drinks, games, and kid-friendly activities!
The B & M team is looking forward to some fun in the sun as well as meeting some of the local residential property managers and their families! We love getting to know our local community and pride ourselves on making it easy to create catered events for your apartment or condo complex.

Today we’re covering some FAQs when it comes to catering memorable events for your residents!
Q: How far do you travel for full-service catering?
A: We travel all over New England and beyond for full-service catering. Please feel free to email or call the office to have our menus sent out to your right away!
Q: Is there a minimum number of guests?
A: No. We cater to all different size groups. Whether you have 20 residents or 100+, we can make it work for your group.
Q: What are some theme ideas popular among apartment and condo complexes?
A: Themed events are a great way to shake things up for your residents! In the past, we’ve done Hawaiian Luaus, Mexican Fiestas, “Little Italy,” and even Bingo & Brunch. Learn more about catering themes for your community here!
Q: How far in advance would we need to book our event?
A: Availability varies by date and Saturdays are our busiest days, so the sooner the better. As soon as you have an event in the works for your community, give us a call so we can get started on crafting a menu!
Q: How much should I order for my apartment complex?
A: It’s the worst when you don’t have enough food for your guests! Feel free to ask our opinion on ideal amounts. We’re happy to help.
Q: Do you provide paper goods or will we need to purchase them for our guests?
A: Yes! Our Full-Service menus include disposable plates, utensils, and condiments so you don’t have to worry about it.
Q: What happens to all the trash at the end of my party?
A: When we cater Full-Service Events, we bring the trashcans, liners and take all of the trash with us at the end of the event. We will leave your apartment/condo complex grounds cleaner than we found them!
Q. Do you offer pick up or delivery to our complex?
A: Yes, our menus range from good old-fashioned home-cooked meals to a la carte offerings of pans and platters. They may be picked up hot or cold at our kitchens in Pawtucket, RI, or delivered to your complex within an hour's drive of our commissary.
