B&M Catering had a wonderful opportunity to highlight their zone of genius. When they hosted a local chamber of commerce’s “Business After Hours”. Guests enjoyed networking, great food and a tour of the kitchens.

We’ve come to the conclusion that being a member of the United Regional Chamber of Commerce is a pretty cool deal. We have met the nicest people through this business networking group.

Recently, we were thrilled to offer to host a “Business After Hours” for members of the United Regional Chamber of Commerce and other local business owners. The weather was perfect for an early evening spent catching up with old friends. Making new connections, and – of course – enjoying food and drinks.

Have you ever been to this kind of networking event? They seem to be a popular networking event for business professionals. These events are kind of fun. They give you the opportunity to discuss and share ideas while learning about other local businesses.

The United Regional Chamber of Commerce has been supporting businesses and serving the community since 1917. The Chamber serves 16 communities stretching from the southeastern region to the metro west region of Massachusetts. As a not-for-profit organization, the Chamber is committed to promoting, serving, and advocating for businesses in our region. We have found that the Chamber welcomes businesses of all sizes. From sole proprietors to large corporations, and has been a wonderful source of connections for us. From our sign-makers, to our insurance representatives, to our local radio programming.

The Chamber notes that B&M Catering has grown steadily throughout the years and that now we are also providing student lunches for a number of schools in our area. We, at B&M Catering, are proud to be recognized by the Chamber as a community-oriented local small business in that we have supported many charitable organizations, including CASA for Children, Junior League of RI for Women, Gloria Gemma Foundation, Greater Providence YMCA, Martin Luther King Hunger Relief Program, National Guard of Rhode Island, Children’s Friend and Service, and Hearts for Hope

If you are a company doing business in the southeastern region to the metro west region of Massachusetts and over the Rhode Island border, we highly recommend becoming a member of the United Regional Chamber of Commerce. We think you will find that you will meet a number of dedicated business owners who are passionate about the products and services that they offer to their community. You will find resources in many business and personal areas. And, you will make some wonderful friends along the way.
