Summer Wedding By The Sea

Celebrations – It’s what we do!
And it’s even better when we get to do what we do in a beautiful venue such as we found ourselves last summer. The Farmhouse by the Sea in Matunuck, RI could not have been more charming for a wedding.

During the later part of the 19th century, the picturesque hamlet of Matunuck, Rhode Island set itself apart as a famous art colony, mostly inspired by the unique beauty of its landscape. Wood Sculptor Seth [aka Caleb Brown] , the owner of this property, set up his family home and his studio here where he carves each of his masterpieces in a converted nineteenth-century dairy barn across from the Atlantic Ocean.
Seth Gross and his crew specialize in offering outdoor weddings and receptions in Southern Rhode Island with a gracious style not readily found today; allowing friends and family to gather in a serene, seaside setting to celebrate your wedding day. The wedding ceremonies and receptions held at this venue revolve around retaining the historical seaside charm of Rhode Island’s south shore while offering intimate, modern, and elegant services.
Farmhouse-By-The-Sea is ideal for folks who are looking for an outstanding location to hold an elegant seaside wedding and reception for up to 300 guests.
As we have said many times, we get to cater weddings, rehearsals, birthdays, reunions – just about anything – in the most interesting and most beautiful places in New England. Need some event planning tips? Give Tim a call in our office. He’s seen them all.
