A part of the Connecticut art scene for the last century, the Mystic Arts Center is a source of culture, tradition, and innovation for the town of Mystic. Located on the Mystic River’s west bank, it is one block from downtown Mystic.
Weddings at Mystic Art Center are often held outside. There is a lovely patio with plenty of room for dancing, and a panoramic view of the river. The terrace is also conveniently equipped with electronic capabilities so that your music providers and caterers will be all set to do their job.
Imagine hosting your wedding or special event in over 3,000 square feet of gallery space, featuring 16-foot ceilings, adorned with skylights. There are five galleries in varying sizes and accommodations. The Davis Gallery is perfect for events that involve dancing and a sit down dinner. One hundred and twenty guests can be seated at 5’ round tables. If you are looking for a smaller space, the Liebig Gallery, which has 12’ ceilings and is a bit more intimate may be of interest. Whichever option you choose will surely be unique, as each gallery is embellished with exceptional works of art.
The Mystic Arts Center has on-site parking, is air conditioned, handicap accessible and equipped with a full kitchen and other amenities. This venue offers special rates to nonprofit, educational and community groups.
