Full service catering
We travel all over New England and beyond. Please feel free to email or call the office to have our menus sent out to your right away.
No. We cater to all different size groups.Â
Feel free to mix and match to create your own menu and we will be more than happy to price it out for you!Â
Absolutely, feel free! Just let us know what you are bringing so we can supply the needed plates, etc…
Yes. Certificates will be presented upon request.Â
Availability varies by date and Saturdays are our busiest days, so the sooner the better.
Feel free to ask our opinion on amounts. We would be happy to help.
Our Full Service menus do include disposable plates, utensils and condiments.
When we cater Full Service Events, we bring the trash cans, liners and take all of the trash with us at the end of the event. We will leave the grounds cleaner than we found them.
Since we travel so widely, our Full-Service Menus are listed without prices.  Once we know a location for your event (City/State), we will gladly forward menus with pricing.
Wedding catering
Absolutely, we actually cater several weddings every weekend!
Check out our venues & providers page to see a few of the sites we work with frequently.  We can also send you a more extensive list, just ask!
We supply the buffet serving tables, not guest tables and chairs.  Check out our Links Page to see some vendors we often work with.
We would be happy to cut your cake and there is no fee.

You may substitute any of our vegetarian entrees for the entree items on your menu, and it will still include all side dishes. View a list of vegetarian options.
Pick up and delivery catering
Any of our Pick up/Delivery items may be picked up or delivered, cold or hot, and can be re-heated in their own foil pans at your convenience.
If you choose from one of our preset Pick Up/Delivery menus, yes, it will include disposable plates, utensils, serving utensils and even a red and white plastic table covering. If you choose from our a la carte menus, it does not include paper goods. They are, however, available at $.99 + tax per person.Â
For hot items, we try to stay within an hour’s drive of our facility in Pawtucket.  Cold deliveries have no distance constraints.
BBQ questions
If you are having a full service event, YES. We will cook and grill everything on site! If you are having a drop-off buffet event, NO. We would do the cooking here at our commissary in Pawtucket and deliver the food to you hot and ready to eat!
Clambake questions
A clambake can be anything you’d like it to be.  Most often it includes lobster and steamers and is served with potatoes, corn and some type meat such as hot dogs or sausage.
For a clambake, we will arrive about 3 hours prior to the serve time.
Our menus include 1.25 lb lobsters. If you would like bigger lobsters, please let us know and we can price out the difference for you.
We DO NOT dig any holes in your yard. We bring a portable, above-ground pit and cook the lobsters right on site.
Believe it or not, not everyone likes, or can eat, lobster (I know, we can’t believe it either)!  Because of this, we like to give you/your guests options.  Those choices can be substituted for lobster on our clambake menus, you would just need to let us know 2 weeks prior to your event what the final breakdown would be.
Yes and No. As your guests come through the serve line, our staff will crack the lobsters for them. Though, we always have a couple lobster crackers just in case the buggers are extra hard.Â
Pig roast and luau questions
Our crew will arrive about 6 hours prior to the serving time to roast the pig.
Unfortunately, we don’t come out to roast just the pig. We do, however, have a pretty basic pig roast menu that might suit your needs.
Absolutely. Feel free to mix and match to create your own menu and we will be happy to price it out for you.Â
We have custom-built, covered cookers, that allow us to cook in any weather.

Food allergies
With gluten sensitivity on the rise, we get this question A LOT.  Luckily, a majority of our menu is gluten-free. Please feel free to ask us prior to your event and we can put together a list of what is or isn’t gluten-free on your menu.Â
Some of the basics on our menu that DO NOT contain gluten:
BBQ Sauce including mesquite
Mojo for chicken
All of our bean dishes
Butter
Corn on the Cob
Potatoes
Grilled Veggie Medley
Roasted Pig and accompanying sauces
Hamburgers & Hot Dogs….just don’t eat the bun
Steamed Clams & Mussels
Some of the basics that DO contain gluten:
Cornbread (sorry, we know it’s good but you can’t have it without paying the price)
Chowder (we can make this gluten-free upon request)
Clamcakes
Coconut Shrimp
Chicken & Lemongrass/Japanese Potstickers
Anything else that begins with a C (just kidding!)
No problem, we can cook the food separately from any shellfish so there is no cross-contamination.
