We at the B&M Catering Company have been helping Vicki & Dave assist clients with their special events at Arrowhead Acres for many years. Whether you are planning an elegant wedding reception in the Banquet Hall, or a more casual company outing or family get together in the Country Fun area, B&M has a menu that will suit your taste and budget.

The Ballroom at Easton’s Beach is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. It is less than one mile east of Historic Bellevue Avenue. The ballroom offers a 5,200 square foot, 12-sided symmetrical event space. The seating capacity is 175.
The Ballroom and its outside wrap-around deck offer truly spectacular ocean views, so, of course, beach weddings are their specialty. Get this, as part of your wedding event, you and your guests might even decide to take a ride on the historic carousel located just a few feet from the Ballroom during the first hour of your event.
The Rotunda Ballroom can accommodate evening weddings or other special events from the last weekend of April through the end of October. seated dinner, buffet, or cocktails up to 175 guests.

While many folks wake up and drive to their same office space every day, the life of a caterer is such that every day we get to drive somewhere different, see beautiful sites and meet beautiful people.
This was the case on a gorgeous day this past month when we catered a 4th of July wedding at the Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, MA. It was a beautiful ride from our commissary in Pawtucket via the country roads of Route 44 in Massachusetts to the 80-acre venue located in a nine hundred acre preserve! Set back on a country road, it is such a remote location that it makes an absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding.
There is a Greek-style pergola in the back clearing and a wedding chapel on the front lawn, ideal for ceremonies and for photographs.
The main tent on the property is just perfect for a wedding of any size. We certainly appreciate the cook tent and the bar tent. Having our own, covered, work space available helps our work-flow. We are told that registered guests of the Inn will have access to the Inn bedrooms, bathrooms, and facilities. All guests of the event have access to the exterior bathroom facilities in a building located directly outside the tent area. Guest restrooms are full bathrooms, not portable toilets. (nice)
The 165 guests enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere of the venue, along with the music and, of course the food! Passed appetizers included coconut shrimp and teriyaki chicken skewers. The main meal was a clambake feast of lobsters, steamers, steak tips, barbecue chicken, linguica, corn on the cob, potatoes and cornbread. Of course, the full bartending service seemed to help the evening along, as it always does.
We understand that the Five Bridge Inn is also available for other events such as company outings and corporate seminars. The venue offers lots of parking. There are literally no neighbors or businesses nearby – it really seems to be a perfect place for any kind of retreat. Their amenities include a tennis court, lap pool, hiking trails, yoga studio and so much more.
We truly enjoyed our catering time at the Five Bridge Inn. We look forward to returning soon.
