July 4th in New England

As a New England caterer specializing in mouthwatering barbecue and clambakes, we couldn’t help but share our thoughts on how food and the July 4th in New England go together, well,  like lobster and butter.

So, grab a cold drink, kick back, and let’s talk about why these two make the perfect pair for unforgettable gatherings!

First things first, let’s talk about the star of the show:

The 4th of July Food

Let’s start with the heartbeat of the coastal New England summer – Clambakes and Lobster Boils.

Everyone loves that moment when those plump lobsters glistening with that unmistakable red hue are pulled out of the steamer and placed on the trays, ready for cracking.

Our Clambakes to Travel will also contain the clams, chorizo, corn-on-the-cob, potatoes, and onions to complete the meal for your guests.

And we know – because hundreds of people have told us so – that our golden-crusted cornbread with its real corn bits and its buttery, moist texture is irresistibly delicious.

Just the thought of it is enough to make your taste buds dance!

Maybe Your Crowd is More Into Barbecue:

Of course, we can’t forget the classic barbecue elements . The smoky aroma of slow-cooked ribs, tender chicken, and sizzling burgers on the grill is enough to make anyone’s mouth water.

And what’s a barbecue without all the fixings ?

Picture a table adorned with colorful salads, creamy coleslaw, and homemade sauces that add that extra zing to every bite. The beauty of barbecue is that it offers something for everyone.   Ensuring that even the pickiest eaters will find their bliss in this outdoor dining experience.

Is yours more of the sandwich and salad crowd?

Our sandwich selection features classics like tender pulled pork, juicy grilled chicken. We also offer savory toast beef, offered on freshly baked bulkie rolls or wrap bread.

Each sandwich is offered with a medley of delicious toppings and spreads, so that every bite is a flavor-packed delight.

One of our most popular crowd-pleasers is the RollUp Buffet.

To complement the smoky flavors of our barbecue and clambake offerings. We offer a range of vibrant and refreshing salads.

Crisp garden greens topped with juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and tangy dressing, or a colorful coleslaw with a creamy twist.

With a variety of potato salads and cole slaws available, your sides are covered.

We’ve found that the various pasta and noodle salads that we create are highly received such as this tortellini with tomato and basil salad.

And – of course – the cold, sweet fruit salad of summer is a non-negotiable.

These salads add a refreshing touch to the feast, balancing out the richness of the main dishes and providing a delightful contrast of textures and flavors.

Now – Let’s talk about ease and convenience
