Please remember, these are only suggestions.

Feel free to mix and match to come up with ideas of your own, and we will be happy to put together a custom proposal.

Typically, our crews arrive 3 hours before serve time, (6 hours for Pig Roasts) and serve (buffet style) for up to 3 hours.
The food is cooked on site and our packages include disposable paper goods, condiments, covered/skirted buffet tables, trash cans and trash removal.

We leave you all of the leftovers; nobody goes home hungry!

For more formal events, we offer various tableware packages which may be viewed in the Reinforcements section of these menus.
If your event requires additional services, we will be able to provide a quote once we know all the specifics.

We can make accommodations for food allergies and dietary restrictions. Just let us know what you need and how we can help.
